These are breed of cattle descended from the stock of the original inhabitants of South Africa. After a few days in Milwane I was able to distinguish an impala or nyala from a bontebuck and a wildebeest aka gnu from a roan antelope.

Kate's Front Yard

Goats nibble on what grass is allowed to grow outside Ma Molefi's property line in front of their house in Gopane. For the first few months, this windmill served as a landmark to help Kate navigate her way home.
